REFSQ 2017 will be hosted at the ATLANTIC Congress Hotel Essen, a superior business hotel newly opened in 2010. The hotel is located in the direct neighbourhood of "Grugapark" and "MESSE ESSEN".The park is a 70 hectare public garden with an exhibition of 40 sculptures and statuaries, a children's zoo and a lot other leisure time activities. MESSE ESSEN is one of the top ten exhibition locations in Germany and with more than 50 trade fairs and 1.4 million annual visitors it is also well-attended. Furthermore in walking distance you can find the "Rü" (Rüttenscheider Str.), a street well-known for it's amount of restaurants and conviviality.

The hotel offers light-flooted, generous conference facilities. All in all, there is a maximum capacity of 700 conference participants in their premises. WIFI is available. ATLANTIC received the test seal as a "Certified Conference Hotel".
